Primary election VICTORY!
Colorado primary election final results show that I won with 53.68% to 46.32% of the vote. I appreciated the support and votes for my campaign. My primary opponent, Paul Noel Fiorino, is a man of excellent character and a champion of Colorado arts and history. I wish him ongoing success in his efforts to uplift Coloradans.
The Honorable Tijani "T.J." Cole, JD, PhD, will now join me as the Lt. Governor for the Unity Party gubernatorial ticket in the November 3, 2026, Colorado General Election. T.J. Cole is the Chairperson of the Unity Party of Colorado. His extraordinary credentials would qualify him for any higher office in the U.S. He will replace Tom Hall who had to withdraw due to an unexpected and ongoing family emergency. More info on T.J. is posted in the next section below.
No one will ever know how the election would have turned out if it had been a "free and fair" election without provable widespread fraud. That is explained in my Letter to the Editor, published in the Denver Post on July 19 online and in hard copy. Now my focus is on the general election in November 2026.
My offer:
- Day One: Establish the position of Chief Coherence Officer to integrate "coherence" as an operating principle in all aspects of state government
- Day One: Create the Partnership for Applied Coherence Technologies (P.A.C.T.) to launch at least three new technology initiatives predicted to have trillions of dollars in global economic impact which will also increase prosperity and affordability
- First 100 Days: Introduce the most affordable and effective solutions for Colorado's problems through a "whole systems" approach of mutually reinforcing solution
- First 100 Days: Initiate a cost-effective "Butterfly Effect” type of government instead of and fiscally bloated “Rube Goldberg Machine” type of government
- First Year: Initiate discussions about Colorado ascending to become its own country
- First year: Raise Colorado from 19th place to 1st place in research, development and commercialization of graphene, the new "wonder material"
- First Two Years: Achieve vehicle emissions goals statewide that exceed both EPA and Colorado standards, but without new regulations, more EVs, or tax-funded incentives
- Daily: Solve problems for public benefit instead of exploiting problems for political gain
- Ensure truly "free and fair" elections for all political parties, not just major parties
- Work with all parties and the People Colorado, the nation, and the world, to help secure our highest and best present and future
At age 10, I vowed to find and promote the best solutions to the biggest problems at every scale. That’s been my primary mission in life. I've been on that mission literally since before all of the major party male candidates for governor of Colorado were born!

Lieutenant Governor - Unity Party of Colorado
The HONORABLE TIJANI R. "T.J." COLE, JD, PhD
T.J. Cole is the founder of all five Justice High Schools. He serves as a Founders Board member, and a board member for Denver Justice High School. Judge Cole presently serves as a Principal and Associate Judge for the Wheatridge Municipal Court. He was appointed to the Boulder District Court in 1993, where he specialized in criminal and juvenile law. In addition to his law degree from the University of Denver, Judge Cole has a Ph.D. in education from LaSalle University, a Master's in International Politics from the University of Denver, and a Masters in Juvenile and Family Law from the University of Nevada, Reno.
He sat on the state’s Civil Rules Committee and is the author of many important changes in the Colorado Magistrate Rules. Judge Cole is also the co-author of the Colorado Juvenile Court Judges Bench book. He is the 2010 winner of outstanding Community service to the youth of Boulder County, 2003 Judicial Excellence Award, 2001 “I Have A Dream Foundation Man of the Year” award, 2001 Sigma Gamma Rho Fraternity “Man of the Year,” 1999 “African American Leadership” award winner, the 1999 “Champion for Children,” and 1998 winner of the “Beyond the Gavel” award for outstanding work in the judiciary and the community.
Judge Cole won the 1997 Channel 9 “Who Cares” award for charitable work and his participation in the North Denver Honors Institute and Boulder Preparatory High School. He also received a citation from Governor Roy Romer and Governor Bill Owens for work done to start Boulder Prep High School and Justice High School. He was chairman of the board for Boulder Prep High School and Zoubida Cole College. Judge Cole is a former president of the Colorado Magistrates Association and the Colorado Juvenile Council. He is a professor at Metropolitan State College and a guest lecturer regarding juvenile law at many other schools around the state. Judge Cole is an alumnus of The National Judicial College and joined the faculty in 1999.

It's vital that Colorado begins to more fully employ a category of underutilized "coherence" technologies. These will improve the quality of life for Coloradoans in ways not achievable otherwise. Moreover, they will enable Colorado to launch and lead new economic engines that will generate tens of billions of dollars in impact, while reducing costly problems and unsustainable government budgets. That's what real solutions can achieve!

Admittedly, entering this campaign for governor is like having the skill to bring natural and abundant rain, and showing up at a seminar on how to get rich from drought assistance programs. That’s how contrasting my “solutions” are to the “positions” and problem-exploiting approach of the two major parties. Nevertheless, promoting affordable and effective solutions is my life’s mission for as long as I’m here on Earth.

How to Vote in the 2026 Colorado General Election
Peckman/Cole are Fifth on the Ballot for Governor/Lt. Governor
Every General Election ballot for Colorado in November 2026 contains all the names of all candidates running for statewide offices. Ballots will include names of candidates for non-statewide offices only for voters is those districts, counties, municipalities, etc.

If you are eligible to vote, but not yet registered, you may register to vote up to and including election day.
